Eclectic Professional Household

My mother lives alone, and has recently been released from hospital. We are looking for a lodger to move in for free (basically just a contribution e towards bills, maybe 25 quid a week), in return for helping out with her laundry and shopping when she is feeling frail. And, most importantly, who will contact me when she has any problems. It was a week until I received an email from concerned neighbours when she was admitted to hospital this time!

Lodger needs to be kind and patient, and willing to put up with a few grumbles.

Great location on corner of Mersey Rd, with bus stops right there, as well as Chippy, Italian restaurant, coffee shop, bar, newsagent and general store all within a hundred yards.

The house is Georgian, and recently underwent structural work such as underpinning, double glazing etc; and although your living spaces (bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and lounge) are being newly decorated, my mother is ECCENTRIC, and the kitchen layout is not what you'd consider normal. An open mind is essential.

The garden is out of this world - it's a rambling jungle, and if you love birds and butterflies you'll love it here.
