One large double room available in a friendly and very quiet shared house. Good transport to city centre, close to local shops, Sefton park and the river a short walk away. Cost does include council tax, tv and internet but not amenity bills. Mature students or those in full time work would be preferred as well as someone who wishes to stay for six months or longer. I am unable to accommodate dss.
