Room for Rent in Academic Year 2015/2016

The House

As of the 1st July 2015, I am no longer able to continue the tenancy of this property because I am going home. I am looking for a student (preferably female) to take my place. The 7 bedroom house is in a quiet area where both families and other students are situated. The other 6 housemates are all female and will be going in to their third year at the university of Liverpool, they are all lovely and easy to get on with. The rent is £77. 50 per week inc bills, sky and broadband. There is a communal kitchen, living room and two bathrooms both with a shower in the property. The property also has both a washing machine and dryer. The room in question has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers on the second floor, but included in this tenancy is that on the third floor there is a second room which has a desk and more drawers.
