We have a very beautiful Super Clean & Tidy house in main Birkenhead Central, NHS, Train Station, Bus Station, All banks, Town Center close to my house everything 5 min walking distance from my house. Me and my Mrs living currently at the property as we have 3 bedroom house, house pretty much empty that's why we just thought it'd be great to share the house with someone Nice & Quite, Polite, Decent and of course got the good sense of humour for sharing the house with us. The house is completely private in very neat and tidy. The house got all furniture, kitchen equipment, standing electric shower & bath tab both are available etc all recently been refitted. The house also got 2 lounges, very modern kitchen, front and rear garden easy access, free street parking facilities we didn't upload all interior picture and you're welcome to view the house, we’re not looking anyone desperately but decent, polite someone must be my first priority.
1) DOUBLE ROOM: £90 a week (Incl All Bills) / (For couple £100 a week)
2) SINGLE ROOM: £80 a week (Incl All Bills)
broadband free for everyone to use.

1) Valid ID ( Such; Passport, Driving Licence, Or Other Approved ID)
2) £200 Deposit (which will be returned at the end of tenancy)
3) If option 1 not available ( 2 Ref )
