Spare Room for Rent -close to Liverpool

Hi

I'm currently living in a 2 bedroom flat in the very popular East Float Quay building in Birkenhead.

The flat comprises of entrance hall, a large living/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (one en suite) and a family bathroom. I am offering a double sized bedroom (currently has 2 single beds in it but one or both can be removed if needed) with built in sliding wardrobes and a balcony window with views of Liverpool (and it's famous skyline). As my own bedroom contains the en suite, the family bathroom (bath with shower head attachment) would be solely for your use.

The location is great for commuters to Liverpool, the Wirral or Chester (Wallasey Tunnel is 2 mins drive away or 5 mins drive to the M53 with Birkenhead Park train station 1 mile away as well as regular bus services).

I'm a professional person working 5 days a week in a local hospital. I'm clean, tidy and live very quietly. I regularly go to the gym and my ideal evening is staying in watching a movie or boxsets and the occasional night out. I'm looking for a fellow professional with a similar personality to myself. I would like someone quiet who will respect my home and other tenants within the building.

Note: there is only one allocated parking space for the flat which my car occupies on evenings and weekends. Parking can be an issue at times (although previous tenants haven't had a problem parking before 6-7pm) but it's just to make you aware a parking space is not always guaranteed.
