Houseshare available with 32yr old female in 3 bed house in Great Sutton (current housemate has moved out so available immediately).

Room available is a furnished double room with built in wardrobe. It's cream with a slightly off-cream (not chocolate a shown in photo as very recently painted) feature wall - choice of blackout chocolate curtains or light cream curtains with a design on. Lodgers can paint their own room to change decor with landlords permission. New windows in all upstairs rooms within last yr.

Kitchen, lounge, dining room, bathroom, garden (including patio area for BBQs) are shared with me. Kitchen has usual appliances - washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, oven, extra freezer. Bathroom has both bath and shower.
Box room has a sofa bed in it for occasional guests.

Off road parking is available (new driveway added within last 2yrs - see photo, note it's a corner house hence road name in picture different to road name in address), as well as storage for bikes/kayaks/etc. Large garden recently re-fenced.
It has a local Co-op, Pubs, Post office, Takeaways + Petrol Station.

Near to Chester, Wales, Manchester, Liverpool, Wirral. Easy access to M53 and M56

Deposit = £350
Monthly rent = £350 which includes all bills (council tax, water, gas, elec, phone (you will need to pay for your own calls), TV licence, wireless broadband).

References required, professionals only, no couples, pets a possibility. Smoking outside only.
Will only reserve room on receipt of deposit after being messed about by people asking me to hold it until their moving date.

Looking for sociable housemate ideally female (but not essential) 24-39yrs ish.

I enjoy socialising, kayaking, mountain biking + ski-ing/snowboarding (altho not very good at it).

I work fulltime, often long hours and so don't tend to party on weeknights. I don't have any pets but do have friends dogs/cats staying occassionally and am intending to get my own dog in time.
