Single Room to Rent £400pcm inc Bills

Hello!
My current flat mate and I are looking to move someone in to our single room which available now.

We live in a 3 bedroom semi detached house in a newly built housing estate in Rivacre Village. It has excellent access to the M53 and Chester City centre is only a 15 minute drive away. There is parking available on the driveway should you need it.

The room we are looking to rent is a single room which comes fully furnished, however this can be removed upon request if you have your own items.

The house contains one main bathroom, a toilet downstairs, and an ensuite in the main room. The ensuite is the only room with a shower but we have no problem sharing this :)

We have a large modern kitchen/diner which will be shared use of course. There is also a large living area which has French doors that open up to the garden.

I'm a Staff Nurse so do work shifts and nights, so looking for someone who will be able to respect that I might have to sleep in the day sometimes. Me and Beki love to socialise, so ideally looking for someone who would join in and share a bottle of wine with us :p but we also enjoy having some time to ourselves :) ideally looking for another Female housemate.

We have a pet chihuahua called Bella so you must be ok with dogs.

Rent does include all bill, we have sky and internet also.
