A furnished double room is available in a spacious, relaxed, fully furnished, well finished, non-smoking, semi-detached house a couple of minutes walk from The Grapes pub in Formby.

The room is bright with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The house has a great open plan layout with a well sized garden and off-street parking.

There are currently two males living in the house.

All bills, Sky, broadband etc are included within rent, with the exception of cleaning costs. The cleaner visits twice a month and there is a contribution of £20/month per room.
