This ad is for a great bedroom in a lovely part of South Liverpool, it’s a quiet residential street but with easy access to Lark Lane/Sefton Park, the airport and the city centre.

Were also handy for the M62 for trips to Manchester or beyond, and Liverpool South Parkway station.

There’s parking on a drive right outside, and the room offered is a ground floor extension with en-suite bathroom. There’s a sofa and TV in there, so you will have your own space. We’ve decorated the room since the pics, and there’s a new bed/mattress and carpet. The kitchen and dining area is plenty big enough, but I have a baby - so there are a lot more toys (and squashed raspberries) than you might be used to!

I’ve always had lodgers, in here and in other properties and am used to living in large houseshares, so I know the drill and am hoping we can offer a great space for the right person.

Ideally we’re looking for someone relocating so looking for temp accom before they find something permanent, or someone working a short contract in liverpool.
It wouldn’t be suitable for anyone wfh, or planning to spend a lot of time here during the day because the baby isn’t in nursery, and I’ll also be wfh.
