This house is currently shared by a group of female professionals (4 others). It is situated in south Liverpool a few minutes walk Aigburth Rd and Cressington Park station (12 mins Liverpool Central). One room is let with a separate room which could be a kitchenette or dressing room and a bathroom with solid wood furniture. The other is a large Double room with solid wood furniture - large chest of drawers and wardrobe. and double bed. Very light overlooks front garden with double glazed windows. It shares a bathroom with one other . This is a lovely large house on 3 floors with fabulous light open plan kitchen (dishwasher) dining living stretching from front to back overlooking gardens, separate utility room (washing machine and dryer) . inc ctax, water, gas, cleaner, gardener, WIFI.
The current housemates are in 20s doing masters and /or working concurrently in teaching; sustainability . It is a friendly group and though they all moved in separately and at different times. They are looking for calm friendly considerate housemates who wants to live in a well kept clean sociable and comfortable house .

The house is on Broughton Drive between Cressington and Grassendale Parks off Aigburth Road. This is a green leafy area close to Cressington Park merseyrail northern line (4 stops/12 minutes to Liverpool Central); There is walking and cycling on Prom. Convenient for city centre, Aigburth, Speke and South Liverpool and the airport . There are good transport links to M56 and M62. The house is a short walk to Otterspool Park and the Prom and about 20 minutes walk to Sefton Park. There is a supermarket, pub and local shops within short walking distance. This area is less well known than Lark Lane but is not far and has similar attractions of its own with bars restaurants pubs and green open spaces and merseyrail nearby. This is a quiet green leafy road.
