House share in the Meols,Wirral

I am looking for someone to share my modern 3 bedroom semi in Meols, West Wirral. You will have a large(newly decorated) bedroom and use of the rest of the house which is decorated to a high standard. The property has gardens front and rear and off road parking. Meols is a lovely area, with the beach a 5 minute walk away, there is a small selection of shops and a train station with a direct route into liverpool a 5 minute walk away. There is also a good bus service .The M53 motorway is close by and easily reached as are the coastal towns of Hoylake and West Kirby, both of which have plenty of pubs, wine bars and eateries.
