Room to let in shared house

House was bought 10 yrs ago as new build, in a quiet estate and close to many amenities. In 5 min walking distance there are 2 large supermarkets, several takeaways, shops, 3 doctors surgeries, 2 dentists, 3 pubs, train station, bus stop. House is south facing so garden and decking gets the sun for most of the day. Parking outside fits 4 cars for this house. The house looks onto a wildlife area and beyond are allottments then a large country park alongside the leeds liverpool canal. I am looking for someone to rent the largest of the spare rooms. The spare room is furnished with a single bed (pulls out to make a double), wardrobe, bedside table, set of drawers and shelves. I work mon - fri 9-5 and usually busy during evenings. I'm looking for someone who is easy going and will be good fun to live with.
