I'm looking to rent out my spare room based in Little Sutton to contractors from Monday to Friday. I don't mind the contractor staying the odd weekend if required.
Excellent location. 2 minute walk to Little Sutton Train station and bus stop. A huge variety of restaurants, pubs and takeaways within a very short walk.
The room is not yet furnished as I'm seeing if there is any demand. I would furnish the room after viewing and a holding deposit with a double bed, wardrobes, small sofa and a TV. Contractor would treat this room as a bedroom / living space with shared bathroom and kitchen.
