The house is off Smithdown road on a on the upper half of the street. Amenities are close with small shops at the end of the road and 24hour Asda 5 minute walk. The beautiful Sefton park, Wavertree sports park, gym and swimming pool are all 5-10 minutes walk. Being off Smithdown road also means good reliable transport into city centre.

Rent of £275 includes council tax, water and sky TV and broadband. gas and electricity then split between housemates.
