Two large double rooms in a 4-person shared house located off Park Road are now available. Rent includes all bills (electricity, gas, water, Internet and council tax).

The house is a detached modern 3-story house with a kitchen, a downstairs toilet and one of the bedrooms on the ground floor. The living room, another bedroom and the main bathroom are located on the first floor. And the second floor has the further two bedrooms, one with an ensuite. There is a rear garden and two off-street car parking spaces.

The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a large desk and chair.

The kitchen is very spacious and has a fan assisted electric oven, Gas hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.

The large common room is split into the living room; which has French windows overlooking a quiet park and contains two fabric sofas along with a coffee table. And a dining area containing a table and chairs.

The bathroom has a bath and a separate electric power shower cubicle.

The house is located on Byles Street (which is off Park Road) and has easy access to the city centre via bus (#82 every 5mins).

There are currently two rooms available; the ground floor and first floor bedrooms. We are looking for young professionals to move in with two other professionals.

Note: There are no additional agency/contract fees, only one month’s deposit and one month's rent in advance required to move in.
