Double room available in a houseshare off Smithdown Road. The room is 440pcm including bills.

The house is conveniently located about a 25 minute walk into town so ideal for those who like to commute by foot. Alternatively there are good bus links and Edge Hill/ Wavertree Technology Park Station is nearby for those commuting out of Liverpool.

There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby on Smithdown Road and we are also blessed with an Aldi and 24/7 Asda only 10 minutes walk away. A little further we have Lark Lane, Allerton, Sefton Park and the City Centre, all within walking distance or a cheap taxi.

The house is nice and homely and made up of a small little 'yarden' out back , a kitchen diner, sitting room and bathroom. Looking for friendly housemates who like to keep the house clean and tidy, enjoy socialising but also spend time with my own group of friends.
