I'm looking for 2 lovely people to rent spare rooms in my house to!

The house is a large victorian terrace house 10 minutes on the bus from the city centre. There's a living room, dining room, kitchen and utility area and upstairs 2 bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower). There's a small yard at the back.

The rooms are furnished with a large double bed, and one has a cupboard with shelves and rail for clothes and the other has a tv, wardrobe and shelves.

The house is on loads of major bus routes and is very accessible to many major employers eg The Royal, West Derby/ Tuebrook/ Huyton schools and Passport Office. It's close to Newsham Park, a large Tesco and there are plenty of useful shops along the highstreet.

It's also about £5 in a Delta taxi to the centre of town which is a bit of a bargain!!

The kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer plus a large fridge freezer.

I'm only there once in a while as I move about for work quite a bit. It's a great house to live in and I miss it lots when I'm not there. Very comfortable, so much space and you never feel like your housemates are getting under you feet as it's very spacious. The other housemate is a nurse and ever so easy going and great to live with.
