A comfortable home in a quiet road. I have a double room available. The cost is £310 pcm, all bills included. The deposit is £155. For a couple, the rent is £385 pcm.

The room has its own lock for added security.

The other two tenants (male) are friendly and both very sporty into tennis, cycling and the gym. They're both used to shared living and understand the balance between socialising while respecting the need for privacy. There is a separate living and dining room which can also be used to study in. Large kitchen with 2 fridges, a freezer, pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc and a washing machine.

The house has wifi, central heating and double glazing. There's only one bathroom but the combi boiler ensures hot water is always available.
There's also a mains-wired smoke alarm and a carbon monoxide alarm.

A car can be parked outside on the street, no residents permits required.
Bus stop is 5 min walk and 15 minute ride into the city centre. Buses are frequent and a weekly ticket is £15.

Gas, electricity, water rates, council tax, broadband included.
