Currently being repainted in this very large detached former wine merchant's house there is a pleasant single room with private en suite shower bathroom, £345 pcm all bills included. WIFI and weekly cleaner of communal areas. Large communal lounge. Parking at front on first come first serve basis.

14 has very good sound insulation, is clean, licensed and well run. The house was refurbished to a high standard 8 years ago and has a pleasant courtyard garden.

The other residents are all working professionals 25+ and are a good bunch. The popular, lively cafe/ restaurants Lark Lane is very near, 5/10 minute as is famous Sefton Park.

My purpose was to provide accommodation with all bills included on a par with a quality apartment. The rest of the house has a utility room ( alarmed), kitchen (with 2 cooking areas), large lounge, utility room for laundry, central heating, WIFI, garden, parking and a cleaning lady comes once a week. 14 Bentley Road is in a conservation road (L8), 1 minute walk from main bus route into city center (5 minutes ride on a good day), 5 minute car drive to center.

I am a local landlady who lives 2 minutes from 14 and I have a small portfolio, 3 children (2 at home), the other animals - 2 chihuahuas (ouch!).
