This is a great double room available in a friendly, mixed house full of really sociable 20-something professionals with great personalities that are easy to get along without​. The house itself has a massive kitted-out kitchen, a newly refurbished lounge with exposed brick walls, leather sofas and TV, complete with a Virgin box, Virgin Wi-Fi, an original fireplace and bay window, perfect for catching up on your favorite TV series! The room itself is a spacious double room with a queen sized double bed and all the furniture you will need. Facing onto the back of the property in a residential neighborhood means little noise to disturb you too.

For the great deal of �295pcm, you'll get all bills included, including water, gas, electricity, internet, TV license, council tax, the lot! It is really hassle free, as I know how much you would rather relax in your spare time instead of sorting out bills!

Located just a 30 second walk from West Derby road, where regular busses can take you to the city center in a little over 10 minutes, the house is surrounded by local shops, including family-run fruit and veg stores to supermarkets like the co-op and Asda. Just the other side of West Derby road sits Newsham Park, one of the biggest parks in Liverpool right on your doorstep, perfect for those late night summer strolls or early morning jogs. Located not too far away are both Anfield and Goodison Park stadiums, aswell as Peter LLyod Gym, where I hear swimming is free in the mornings.
