WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 1 female and 3 males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
2 Double en suite rooms available and will be fully cleaned prior to any move in.
All rooms are en suite rooms, so there is no sharing of bathrooms!, and all rooms are quite large with lots of space. In the rooms you’ll find, a desk/chair, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bed/mattress, and a bed side table.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
The house is located on Boaler Street area just a 30-minute walk into the city centre or a 15 minute bus Journey. This area is a thriving young professional area as its proximity to the city centre and university campuses means it is an ideal location if you’re moving within or to Liverpool.

LOCAL Amenities
There are plenty of shops nearby as well as a McDonalds, a Gym and LIDL which is a stones throw away. There are also plenty of pubs, takeaways and convenience stores nearby.
The local park is a 1 minute walk from the property for nice strolls.

PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can begin the application process. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need.

MOVE IN
Move in dates will be arranged once your application has been successful. Pro rata rent is payable depending upon the date you move in. We collect all rent on the 1st of every month. Deposits are registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing that the room is left in same condition as found. General terms are that the contract is for 6 months and then it enters a monthly rolling contract.
