In this House we have 3 females and 4 males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All are working professionals.

THE HOUSE
The house has 8 rooms, an open living area and Kitchen. Six rooms are double en suite and two rooms are double off suites so every room has their own bathroom so no need for sharing! The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

This house is situated in a large 3-storey house on Kremlin Drive, L13, just off Queens Drive. The main bus route/bus stop is just a 5 minute walk away and has great travel links for the rest of the city and its just a 20 minute bus journey the city centre which is It is ideal for professionals working in Liverpool or a student at the university.

LOCAL FACILITIES
There is a Tesco Express at the end of the road and there is a Marks & Spencer's food hall and Aldi recently built about a five minute walk away. There are also pubs and restaurants a short walk away in West Derby Village, as well as being in a great location for Broadgreen Hospital, Alder Hey Hospital and the Royal Hospital.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
