Single room available in 3 bed house

Hi, we’ve recently had our house mate move and we’re looking at someone to fill the room.
Me and my flatmate both work full time so we’re out most of the day. Just looking for someone respectful, quiet and who will keep the house tidy with us.

This is a 3 bed semidetached house. Bathroom is shared with my flatmate as my room has its own bathroom.

Bills not included

Our electric is on a meter so we put about £30-£40 each on a month and top it up if needed.
Council tax is £140 split between 3 people so would work out at £46 each.
Gas is also topped up using a card but the shower and gas cooker is the only thing we use the gas for so only top up £10 each every month

We’re up early for work in the mornings so not looking for anyone who is looking to party/play loud music late at night.
