2 sublets April-July in L8 house w garden!

We have 2 bedrooms available for sublet in our room just off Lodge Lane in L8 from the end of April -> late June.

£420pcm all bills included (+ council tax ~ £30pcm). We would could also consider dropping that for anyone in need!

There are 5 rooms/tenants in total (+ fortunately everyonez a dreamboat). The people currently here who will be staying on are 2 womxn (an ecologist and a journalist) and a girly-boi (community worker).

All communal food is vegan and shared (and splitwised) and we generally do a joint meal in the evenings - or at least try to make sure there are leftovers for peeps on diff schedules.

There are 2 shared bathrooms in the house (1 w a bath tub! ) and a kitchen, living room and garden.- send over a message and we can share more pics!

We are ideally looking for someone who is conscientious, community-minded, cool w veganism. Sadly we are a pet-free house (though we do have a family of sparrows in the garden).
