Spaious Double Room near pennylane

Please note :-
It's a quite house with your own private room with a lockable key, with one shared bathroom and kitchen (self catering)
I run airbnb so its a shared house with guests that come and go. You won't see much of me as I will be chilling or out.

I respectably ask that you clean up after yourself and put away your dishes after using the kitchen facilities, Please also keep bathroom clean after use.

Please can you sanitise and wash your hands everytime you arrive to the house. And please cancel this reservation if you have been in contact or have any symptoms of the corna virus or asked to isolate please CANCEL immediately through booking. com and do not enter my home.

On street parking is available.

This is a non smoking house and strictly no drugs.

You may get to meet my black and white cat (Gerard) which is very friendly and loved by everyone.

Please be respectful of other guests especially with noise and banging of doors.
