It is in a modern block which is about 8 years old and is convenient for Hunts Cross train station, The M62/M57 junction and indeed is only 5 minutes away from John Lennon Airport, Jaguar Plant at Halewood and Novartis or Eli Lilly etc. The other tenant is a really nice guy and is clean and tidy (but not obsesively) friendly and respects others privacy.
