The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Wavertree with on street parking available outside the house.

All bills are included including: wireless, broadband internet, council tax, water, gas and electricity. Rent is also inclusive of a weekly cleaning service.


The house also benefits from a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and additional freezer, modern bathroom with power rain shower and bath. The house has cable tv and there is a digital tv socket in the bedroom.
Outside we have a good sized yard which benefits from a BBQ and patio area - which gets a good amount of sun...when it's sunny!

Both house mates are young professionals, hard working during the week and enjoy going out on weekends. Very clean, tidy, sociable, easy going and friendly.
