My name is Andy and I live in a really nice flat close to Smithdown road / Penny lane / Lark lane. The room is available from June 2016. It's a lovely area, which is green and safe. The flat is at the back of the building so it is quiet and is overlooking a garden surrounded by conifers. It's close to shops and Sefton park. There are 5 bus routes available with bus stops in both directions immediately outside and town only 10 mins away.
The flat is newly decorated and spacious in a newly refurbished building with new UVPC windows and two new bathrooms. One is en suite to my room so the other main bathroom is basically yours with visitor access to the loo. The bathrooms have separate stand up showers in addition to the bath.
The spare room is 10. 5 foot by 8. 5 foot. It has an additional alcove with a double wardrobe in it. It has a large window with vertical blinds and curtains. The window opens fully but also has a security latch to allow you to leave it slightly open but secure.
Parking is available but with no designated spaces so you get in while you can but a space is normally available.
I like most forms of music, sailing, swimming, and watching films.
