Hi,

Current housemates are 1 English male and 1 French female, and we're looking for an open person who will want to socialise and make up a friendly, active household. The room will only be rented to the right kind of person. The house isn't a palace, but everything works and it's well situated for cheap travel into the city centre. It's a 15 minute cycle to the centre, but there are also very regular buses and cheap trains throughout the day. Sandhills station is less than a 10 minute walk from the house, and a return ticket to the city costs £2.10 with a journey time of around 6 minutes. Electricity and gas bills will be shared between the household. The other bills will be included in the rent. The area isn't particularly vibrant, but there's a supermarket within easy walking distance, and the city centre is never far away.
