2 rooms short term weekly let Jan & Feb

2 furnished rooms are available in my house. One is an attic that is light and airy, the other is a peaceful and quiet double overlooking the back garden.

The house is a 3 bed roomed Victorian semi-detached house. There is a front and back garden, and newly decorated kitchen. The rent is inclusive of council tax and bills.

There is wi-fi and it is centrally heated.

Its a very comfortable and spacious place. The furnishings of your room can be changed to suit you.

Its in South Liverpool and close to bus routes and the train. It takes about 10 minutes on the bus to the centre, and its only a 10 minute walk from the University. The train station is called Edge Hill and is a 15 minute walk away. Princes Park is very close.

There is one person living there but she will move out at the end of January. The room would be suitable for either male or female, student or professional who is tidy and easy going.

This is just for short term until the end of February.
