2 minute walk to large Asda and Aldi, doctors surgery directly behind. Bus stops a one minute early am stagger away and buses run every 10 mins either to the centre or Liverpool Hope. All university campuses within 2 miles.
All bills are included in the rent. Half rent in July and August.
