The rent is £200.00 per month including all bills and council tax.
I work near the city centre full time.
There are two other housemates, working, and we enjoy film, music, literature and are tidy, sociable people.
It is a double-glazed flat ten minutes walk from shops and twenty minutes walk to city centre, with a shared bathroom, separate kitchen, and plenty of storage space. There is a house cat also, but he is quiet and friendly.
