Looking for a house mate

I have a large double room available in clean, tidy two bedroom house in smith down road, L15. The room has a double bed and large built-in wardrobes with a large mirror attached to it. Rent is £265 and all bills are included. Since I’m rarely in the house and I pretty much spent all day in university. The house is situated approximately: 50 meters from bus Stop. 24/7 bus service. From there it's 10 to 15 minutes to Liverpool University and City centre. lots of free parking space if you have a car It is about 5 to 10 walk from Asda, tesco and Aldi supermarket.

I am a 28 year old, Male, final year postgraduate student so I am rarely around the flat during the day. I don't drink and I am looking for someone, who is mature not parting or listen for a loud music all night as I want to have my night quite. You must not have pets or smoke.
