the bills roughly add up to 105 per month including council tax, TV licence, electric, unlimited sky broadband and line rental
the property itself is a quirky modern little house which stands alone with no noisy neighbors as it is a renovated stable (i love it!), ground floor is a garage which can hold up to 4 cars, living space upstairs with julienne balcony in every room (including yours)
i myself work full time and run a small clothing brand on the side and also i freelance graphic design for clothing labels so its not a party house but i do like to chill and watch films
