Housemate Wanted - Liverpool (£68 per week)
Hi,
We're looking for a housemate to move in as of 1/2/2014! The house is on Ferndale Road, just off Smithdown Road, there is one room available.
All bills included, (excluding internet which we pay ourselves; £5. 85 each a month). Rent is £68 a week.
5 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms. Currently occupied by 2 guys and 2 girls.
The room is of a reasonable size and has a double bed.
We all attend Liverpool Hope University, but a student of any uni is welcome.
Parking is available on the street.
