Large shared living room with large sofas and TV. Kitchen with everything you would need. No washing machine but there is a launderette 100 yards down the road. Quiet, tidy house with one female occupant. Looking for either male or females to share. I am 31 years old, work full time 5 days a week, very clean and tidy without being obsessive, I enjoy time alone in my room as well as socialising downstairs over dinner, glass of wine or the occasional movie. I have a good sense of humour, I'm not into wild parties anymore. I have a very small dog who is well behaved and spends her time in my room when I am out the house.
