2 double rooms available in homely house share

I'm looking for two house mates to share a lovely house just off Smithdown Road near Sefton Park.

The available rooms are both doubles and the house is really homely and completely furnished. It's in a great area with supermarkets, takeaways, doctors, post office, leisure centre and Sefton Park all within easy walking distance, and regular buses to Liverpool city centre which is only a couple of miles away. Council tax, internet, water and Sky TV are all included in the rent price so it's just gas/electricity on top, which usually comes to about £35/month each.

I'm mid-twenties, working full-time in the arts, like to have a balance between social, exercise and working life and looking for house mates with a similar lifestyle. I like going out for dinner/drinks, theatre, cooking, films etc. and keep the house fairly clean and tidy.
