We have two rooms left in this brand new student house due to two of the tenants failing their exams. They are available now until end June 15 although we could probably agree an extension to the beginning of September 2015. Completely refurbished terraced house over 3 floors with lovely new fully fitted, well equipped kitchen, shared lounge with flat screen TV and 6 beautiful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The rent includes all bills with a fair usage policy for the gas and electricity with a very generous allowance. Internet is also included.
The other 4 students are all girls who are going into their second year in the Management School at the University of Liverpool.
