Double En-Suite room in Luxury Apartment.

Hello,
My flatmate is about to move out of my apartment and i really don't want to give it up!

-2-bed in a victorian building. Has the High Ceilings and full-length windows in both living room and bedroom.

-Extremely large living room. It's unfurnished but i have a large couch for the shared area.

-Both rooms are on separate floors and are en-suite, so it's very easy to maintain privacy.

-Private off-road parking to the rear.

-Also alarmed.

I'm a professional male, 31 years old. I run a audio equipment rental company.
I do not smoke and wouldn't be willing to share with smokers.. Sorry!
I'm super easy-going and very clean.. not to a nagging level but always clean up after myself!

I spend a lot of my time on tour or working in Germany, Russia etc so you will often be alone in the flat for a few weeks at a time. Sorry if you're looking for a new buddy, but the benefit would be that i bring back Russian Vodka & German beer pretty regularly.

I drink often but not the type to have friends round very often, but sometimes do.
My time at home is for relaxing and not partying... That's not to say i don't enjoy a party, but it's not a regular thing.

When i'm working in Liverpool it would be at odd hours, so this would't suit you if you are easily woken by me returning from work early am. Saying that, it's a pretty solid flat and i don't often here my flatmate coming and going.. but it's better to let you know!
