Occupant for 1 room in a lovely flat

Recently i have made the decision to drop out of uni however i had signed a contract to live in house with my five other friends next year and therefore in order for me to completely start fresh i need someone to fill the room and take over my contract, we have not moved in yet but i am looking for someone to take my place on the contract . It is the second bedroom on the ground floor contains a double bed, wardrobe, chair and desk. The house is on three floors and has plenty of space surrounding for parking. The house is situated very close to Asda and Aldi and is in a good position off smith down road, the girls are incredible are looking for someone who is fun and up for a laugh but understand the academic side of university just as much, we are very sociable and have a big group of friends that will welcome anyone new, we would love someone to fill the room as soon as possible as this will allow me personally to move on from the contract and start my job that is now not in liverpool. The girls are lovely and welcoming and are looking for someone as nice and easy going who will easily fit into the group.
