Spare double room in 4 bed student house 75pcw

4 Bedroom student house with one spare double bedroom, rent will be 75pcw including bills and internet with half rent over the summer for the months on july and august. We are looking for an outgoing person who doesn't mind a bit of noise and enjoys going out at weekends. The three of us are male 2 students one non student we don't mind if your a student or not and all genders are welcome to apply however if your not a student you will have to sort your own council tax. We haven't got any pictures at the moment because the house is being renovated and we would ideally like to meet in person before anything is finalised.
