Good rooms to rent in a quiet house - short term
I have 2 good rooms to rent in a 3 story house in a nice area in Wavertree. One room is a loft room big and bright the other room is a standard sized double room they are both part furnished. I would be a live out landlord for the 7 weeks staying occasionally in the other room. though the whole house will be pretty much empty and you would have the run of the house. this is really cheap in comparison to other homes and everything included apart from electricity which is about a fiver a week. Have no preferences for people just looking for normal people who would be respectful to the property and not party all the time. let me know if you fit the bill
