1 Bedroom to rent in a shared house.

I am looking for a housemate to share a 2 bedroom house in Liverpool. The house is located just off edge lane, close to the city centre, opposite Wavertree Botanical Gardens in Kensington. It is a short walk from Liverpool University and The Liverpool Royal Hospital with a bus link at the end of the road for those wintery days/nights. I am ideally looking for a working professional or a student. Couples will also be considered. (NO DSS applicants please). You must be outgoing and relatively clean and tidy. Internet will be included however council tax and gas/electric are on top but this is pretty cheap. The Room will include a bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and a desk if required. I will consider short term Lets. Viewings can be arranged after working hours or during the weekend. I look forward to hearing from you.
