The other residents are all working professionals 25+. 14 Bentley Road is in a conservation road (L8 0SZ), 1 minute walk from main bus route into city center (5 minutes on a good day), 5 minute car drive to center and 10 minute walk to popular Lark Lane and Sefton Park. Multi cultural Lodge lane 3 minutes walk.
Parking is available at the front of the property, on a first come first served basis.
The road is in a pretty conservation road and very convenient for city center or university whether a by car or bus. 5 minute walk from Sefton Park, 10 to very popular Lark Lane and 2 from Princes Park
I live 5 minutes away and have a small property portfolio IE standards are maintained.
My purpose was to provide accommodation with all bills included on a par with a quality apartment. The house has a utility room, kitchen (with 2 cooking areas), large lounge, central heating, WIFI, garden, parking and a cleaning lady comes once a week to clean the communal areas.
