Student Wanted - Spare Room in Kensington

4 Bedroom Student house in Kensington, close to all universities! I'm looking for some one to take over my room for this year in order to leave. My other house mate is moving out too so there are now 2 rooms available! The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, small attic room for storage or extra space, a shared living room with TV and a basement. All bills are included (internet as well). The house is with student housing company Kexgill, who are great! All current occupants of the house are lovely, easy going and considerate.
