Two rooms are currently available. A larger room is available with double bed for £300 all bills included. Finally a loft room with single bed for £260 a month is available. (the loft room has a very low ceiling- I would advise being 5 foot4 or below for this room)

There are currently two male housemates; one who works and is hardly in the property as he works away on markets each week, the other is a student currently looking for work, housesmates are aged 22 -36.

Housemates preferred can be male or female, preferably non-smokers.
