A lovely room in a friendly home x

Hi Guys,

I have recently moved in to a gorgeous little 2 bed room house, in Halewood.

It's my and my little dog Rupert who will be living there and we would like someone to join us.

I'm 26, work full time Monday to Friday aswell as every other Saturday. Rupert is cared for on my working days by my aunt so never left too long on his own.

I would like to believe I am friendly, outgoing, open minded and sociable. I enjoy watching films, reading, going to gigs & festivals, being outdoors.
My home is my little respite from the busy world we live in, I like to keep it clean, tidy and comfortable. I would like some body of similar opinions.
I am sociable, but enjoy my own company so would like some one who can be respectful of 'own space' when necessary.

I feel like I am on a dating website :) I'm not looking for new friends but if I end up with an awesome housemate I would be thrilled!

Having been a person in your situation before, I found that properties/rooms available were very much over priced, I have worked out almost to the decimal point what the cost of running the house would be and split it in 2. I'm not out to benefit, just to lighten the load on bills.

Also, depending on move in date I can be flexible with deposits.

The property is situated in Halewood off Okell Drive, on the number 75 bus route, 25 minutes in to town. I drive but there is also parking for another car at the house.
