Double room in a nice house, large garden, close to town but in a nice area. Parking available, shelter for motor/ pedal bikes. Nice room furnished (decorations and some furnishings can be removed if preferred). Washing machine and broadband available as well as usual facilities. Shared Lounge, bathroom and kitchen.
I like to think I am easy to get on with fairly easy going, no massive house parties though. Ideally looking for a student or young professional, open to meeting whoever though.
