Flat on Smithdown Road, 280pm (all incl) fee WIFI

Hello,

My name is Chiara. I am living in an apartment with 2 spare rooms which I am renting. The rooms are 280pounds each per month (the rent needs to be paid in advance every month) all bills included and unlimited wifi.

The rooms have a double bad, a wardrobe, a table, chair and room keys. There is a washing/dryer machine in the apartment but no tv. The address is 2b Hawarden Avenue, L17 2AL, it faces the Smithdown Road, so it is a quite good location for students. The bust stops are really close, which makes it convenient to get to city centre, University of Liverpool and other areas.
The room is currently available until the 30th of June. So far the apartment will be shared with another girl. Unfortunately smoking on the apartment will not be allowed.

We are looking for friendly and fairly quiet flat mates. The common areas need be maintained clean :)
