Looking For a Flatmate!

Looking for a female or male student to take up a room in our student house, after one of the other tenants has dropped out. The room itself is a small double, which includes a wardrobe, draws, side table and desk.
The room is smaller then the other rooms in the house, and therefore we are willing to negotiate slightly on the price.
The house includes a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as wireless internet and sky movies.
As well as this there is a small garden/patio, which includes a shed in order to store bikes and other outdoor furniture.
All bills are included in the price so no need to pay extra.
